We are hiring a Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about improving the customer experience. You should have a proven track record of building and executing strategic acquisition campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion and working in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Design customer communication journeys across multiple channels
  • Support technical development of customer communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment of email, SMS, landing pages and push notifications.
  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Develop prospecting and presales journeys
  • Operate directly in the email service provider platform including targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling
  • Design email/AB testing schedule and variants
  • Work with creative team to devise emails that engage our subscribers and drive growth
  • Deploy one-time, triggered, journey based, and dynamic messages as the calendar and business needs stipulate
  • Collaborate with internal partners for QA and approvals
  • Monitor, measure, record and optimize performance of email channels.

Who you Are

  • A change agent with the ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through a dynamic, work environment
  • Experienced managing multiple projects at once
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct communication style
  • Proficient in AMP Scripting
  • SFMC Superuser with development experience

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of customer communication, growth or UX experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder
