We are hiring a Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about improving the customer experience. You should have a proven track record of building and executing strategic acquisition campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion and working in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Design customer communication journeys across multiple channels
- Support technical development of customer communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment of email, SMS, landing pages and push notifications.
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
- Develop prospecting and presales journeys
- Operate directly in the email service provider platform including targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling
- Design email/AB testing schedule and variants
- Work with creative team to devise emails that engage our subscribers and drive growth
- Deploy one-time, triggered, journey based, and dynamic messages as the calendar and business needs stipulate
- Collaborate with internal partners for QA and approvals
- Monitor, measure, record and optimize performance of email channels.

- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct communication style
- Proficient in AMP Scripting
- SFMC Superuser with development experience
Your Experience
- 3+ years of customer communication, growth or UX experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder
