Evoca Launches DVR App, ‘Evoca Record’
Evoca users can now record games and sporting events to watch at a later date. The Evoca Record app allows subscribers to set recordings for all of the future games of a particular team on a particular channel. Never miss another Rockies, Nuggets, Avs or Rapids game! Here’s how it works:
- Open the Evoca Record app
- Pick your team
- Record all future games
- It’s as easy as that! You can access all of your team’s previously aired games in one place for 14 days from the date they air. (image should be all the recorded games)

Q: What is Evoca Record?
A: It is a different kind of DVR. It allows you to set recordings for all of the games of a particular team on a particular channel.
Q: How does it work?
A: The first time you enter the “Evoca Record App” you’ll be presented with the options for team’s games that you can record. Once a recording is set, Evoca will automatically record all of the available games for that team on that channel.
Q: How long will recordings be available?
A: All games (including replays) will be available for 14 days from the date they air.
Q: Can I record games on every channel?
A: No, you can only record games on channels where Evoca has permission to operate this service.
Q: Will “Evoca Record” record every game for my selected teams?
A: No, it will only record games on select channels where Evoca has been able to get permission. For example, we may be able to record Colorado Avalanche games on Altitude but not if the Avalanche play on ESPN.
Q: Are my options location dependent?
A: Yes, you will only be able to record games that are available on Evoca channels in your area.
Q: Where are the recordings?
A: Evoca keeps your recordings in our cloud service.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of hours I can record?
A: No, there are no limits on the number of hours you can record.
Q: Can I keep recordings longer than 14 days?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Can I access games from before I set my recordings?
A: No, like any DVR, you can only watch games after you have set a recording.
Q: Can I record programming other than sporting events?
A: Not at this time.
