Currently launched in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, and Oregon, we’re on a mission to bring the best in regional sports, unique local content and nationally broadcast networks to every market across the US. We’re in search of a Senior Technical Program Manager (Manager / Director level). This individual will lead mutidiscplinary programs (software, hardware, and services), including the award-winning Evoca Scout, the upcoming Evoca Pilot, and other future products. This person will be a leader in the company and collaborate across multiple functional areas and work directly with leaders across the company including the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful candidates will be experts in launching modern consumer electronics products
  • Lead multiple teams that build and release Evoca’s set-top box software and hardware
  • Work with software engineering partners and vendors to deliver an integrated product
  • Partner with the hardware engineering team to influence the development of new products and to triage issues
  • They will also be excellent cross-functional communicators, developing solid partnerships across the organization
  • An appreciation of diverse styles of work and inclusive work environments


The Evoca TV Technical Program Manager must have:

  • Degree in Engineering or another technical field
  • 8+ years of experience building consumer electronics software and hardware, with 3+ years in a leadership position
  • An entrepreneural, collaborative spirit, and an ability to lead autonomously without direct authority
  • The ability to clearly communicate with partners in other companies and overseas
  • Led previous projects through the overall development life cycle of the solution and managed complex projects with significant bottom line impact
  • Deep, hands-on technical expertise

The ideal candidate will also have one or more of the following:

  • Previous projects using Android TV
  • Experience as a software or hardware engineer
  • Defined best practices for software design, development and documentation
  • Strong business and technical vision
  • Experience with phase gate approach to technology development projects


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $183,427.00 per year
