We’re in search of a Quality Engineering Lead based in Boise, ID. This individual will lead our efforts to ensure that our software and hardware products are developed and released at the highest level of quality standards. This person will design our test automation framework as well as coordinate our in-person test efforts.
You will be responsible for the customer experience including but not limited to queries, complaints, troubleshooting and influencing our product roadmap. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
This role is responsible to architect and build backend, web and mobile applications across multiple projects. Some projects will involve more frontend aspects, while others will be primarily backend. You should understand how to develop server-side APIs and systems that process client requests, as well as how to build and integrate frontend web and mobile applications.
